SHIPPING
Australian customers should receive their orders within 3 to 7 business days. Once your purchase has been processed, you will receive email confirmation to advise you of the delivery. Unexpected delays sometimes happen, in this case you will be updated via email.
International delivery times will vary, please contact chloe@chloewaddell.com for a more accurate estimate. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Seller will not be held responsible for any costs or delays due to customs.
PRICING
All prices are in Australian Dollars and will be processed in Australian Dollars. chloë waddell does not charge GST. For international purchases, the responsibility of any extra taxes, duties or fees will be passed onto the customer.
REFUND/EXCHANGE
If you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, an exchange or refund may be offered within 7 days of purchase. Return postage will be at the expense of the buyer and the return will only be accepted if the item is in original condition with original packaging. Please contact chloe@chloewaddell.com directly before returning your item.
Unfortunately refunds and exchanges cannot be offered on sale or custom items.
REPAIRS
All items are checked thoroughly for damage and carefully packaged to ensure their safe arrival. However if your product somehow arrives damaged in any way or if a manufacturing fault appears, please contact chloe@chloewaddell.com immediately to arrange repair or replacement of your item.
If a product is damaged due to general wear or misuse of the product, repairs may be made at some cost to the buyer. Repair costs will be subject to the item and extent of product damage. These repair terms are decided under the discretion of the seller in communication with the buyer.
